The afterburner for wax fumes operates at a temperature of 1100 °C to burn the carbonaceous residues present in the fumes emitted by investment burnout ovens. They are electrically heated, to minimize the size and the volume of fumes.
You may put the afterburner over the furnace, or on a wall bracket. In any case it must be installed higher than the furnace fumes outlet.
The electrical board includes temperature regulation and daily timer to start the afterburner at desidered hours.
We usually don’t supply the output piping shown in the picture, because every customer has its own requirements due to the hall drawing.
The afterburner is sold exclusively for Topcast FCC burnout furnaces.
