TOPCAST makes furnaces for the sintering of ceramics and metals at very high temperatures. Typical application fields are dental, industrial. Zirconia sintering is the most frequent process.

The furnace insulation has been designed to have low thermal losses and low thermal inertia. The structure can be easily removed for heating elements replacement.

Memory for 100 heating programs, each composed of 4 ramps.
Perfect repeatability of the process, it is sufficient to recall an heating program to obtain the same result. On the control panel you can set the parameters by a touch-screen terminal with LCD display.
Diagnostic software with storage and display of alarms. Continuous monitoring of the only essential parameters in each phase.
Messages of support related to the operation in progress, with the indication is the next step, and the advise to exit from an abnormal situation.
Automatic calculation of thermal parameters of the furnace for a faster and more accurate temperature regulation and the absence of overheating. Possibility to limit the maximum power when working with small loads.
In the case of black-out, the electronic board of the kiln is kept on by a battery in order to monitor the possible deviation from the cycle of temperature programmed, storing the maximum error occurred during the whole process.
Manual mode, for calibration, for maintenance, for trial or for a further check on the work cycle.
Optional serial port to printers and / or computer for remote control and the creation of reports.
